Primary Care

Primary care provides services for your day to day medical conditions. Texas Center for Health delivers preventive, acute and chronic care. Your first primary care visit will typically be a wellness checkup. Should your provider identify any underlying health issue, we are fully equipped to provide your care management. Your primary care provider typically manages your healthcare and coordinates care with any other specialists that you may need.
