Office Hours
We offer the convenience of office hours on Monday – Thursday from 8 am – 5 pm and Friday by appointment only. To best serve you, all patients are seen by appointment. We make scheduling easy. You may make your appointment on-line or by phone. If you choose to make your appointment on-line, you will select the appointment type that you are in need of and then select the best available time slot. It’s simple, just have your insurance information and payment ready to go.
If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, we ask you to call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time.
If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours in advance or you may be billed a cancelation fee.
There may be unavoidable times when the doctor is unavailable for your visit, which may necessitate being seen by another provider.
Questions
If you have questions, we encourage you to write a list of your questions down to review with your provider during your office visit. If you have questions that cannot wait until your next visit with your doctor, please call our office during regular business hours. Our nurses are specially trained to answer your questions or arrange prescription refills. If you need to speak with a provider, our staff will deliver a message and your provider will return your call as soon as possible.
Hospital Affiliations
TCH physicians deliver our patients at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital and Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Tubal ligations are performed at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Beaumont.
Emergency Care
If you feel you are facing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately and/or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room! The physician on call will be contacted.
For non-emergent care, office hours, our answering service will page the physician on call. You can reach the answering service after office hours by calling our main phone number.

Non-emergencies can occur and we will do our best to respond quickly. We encourage non-emergent calls during regular office hours on Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Friday from 8am-12pm. After business hours non-emergent calls will be forwarded to staff for response during the next business day. Questions pertaining to scheduling of appointments or prescription refills will be addressed during regular office hours.
Pharmacy Refills
Medications are generally dispensed with refills necessary to last until your next office visit. If you have extenuating circumstances and need additional medication, you may message our office through the patient portal login.
Ultrasounds
For your convenience, 3D and 4D ultrasounds are available at our office. Most insurances allow for a limited number of ultrasounds however, if you would like additional ultrasounds, our office will be happy to schedule additional ultrasounds for you and your family. Ask about the special packages we have available.
Insurance
We accept most medical insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare and many others. Please be sure to present all active insurance information at each visit. Also, let us know if your insurance coverage changes so we may update your record. Contact our office for further information.
