In addition to providing obstetric and gynecologic care, our physicians have extensive experience in hormone therapy for men and women, recurrent pregnancy loss, vaginal surgery, abdominal / pelvic surgery and bladder and bowl problems, pelvic reconstruction surgery, laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Many of the procedures are available in office helping you to avoid hospital costs and general anesthesia.

Sean Wengroff, MD

Team 02

Dr. Sean Wengroff was born and raised in New York.  He received an M.S. in Public Health & Health Systems Management. He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine with his medical degree in 1996.  Dr. Wengroff is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  With a belief in total wellness, he expanded his specialty to include Functional & Regenerative Medicine.

Since becoming a physician, Dr. Wengroff has spent his career as a physician providing medical care to Texans.  Bringing over 25 years of experience in the field of medicine to Beaumont, he provides comprehensive OB-GYN care, while also specializing in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Aesthetics.  As an innovator, Dr. Wengroff devotes his focus to new technologies and research to improve the physical and sexual health of both men and women.  Dr. Wengroff believes in providing personalized care with exceptional service while at the same time making the patient experience feel like family.  He is a true cutting-edge physician who focuses on the smallest patient need.  Dr. Wengroff provides the expertise you can trust and the care you will cherish.

Whether in or out of the office, Dr. Wengroff has a knack for making people laugh.  He enjoys theater and foreign films, ethnic food, and traveling.

Mary Martin, MD

Team 05 Dr. Mary Martin started medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine after a teaching career in Animal Science. Graduating in 1991, she completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Virginia-affiliated Carilion Center for Women & Children in Roanoke, Virginia. Practice opportunities in Virginia and Hammond, Indiana preceded her move to Oklahoma City in 2004 where she began private practice. In 2020, Dr. Martin brought her expansive medical skills and talent to Texas, as she joined Texas Center for Health.

As an expert, Dr. Martin is internationally-known in the Billings Ovulation Method of natural family planning and is a Fellow with the Reproductive Health Research Institute of Santiago, Chile, the research arm of FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management). FEMM practitioners diagnose and treat the endocrine disorders which underlie gynecologic and fertility problems using evidence-based protocols and algorithms.

Her teaching experience is also valued by nurse practitioner training programs, medical schools, and residencies in the United States and Canada. From time to time you may see students in the office who learn “on the job” by co-interviewing and examining patients with Dr. Martin.

Dr. Martin specializes in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Bioidentical hormone supplementation, Infertility, Recurrent Miscarriage and InterStim therapy for bladder and bowel incontinence for both men and women. She is Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Martin’s novel approaches to treating infertility, endometriosis and PCOS bring patients from throughout the continent. Long a proponent of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, she appreciates the “custom dosing” aspect of therapy and attracts patients near and far for treatment. Certified in 2005, Dr. Martin is among the top 1% of InterStim implanters nationwide and has a 93% success rate in improving the quality of life for men and women who suffer from chronic bladder and bowel incontinence.

Dr. Martin has grown children and a young grandson. She is the proud mother of an Army officer and veteran, a faithful Catholic and likes to spend her free time showing her cutting horse at weekend events. Dr. Martin now brings her expert knowledge and skills to Texans at Texas Center for Health.


Team 04

Gita Meshri, D.O. is a Board-Certified OB-GYN with 22 years of experience.  Dr. Meshri completed her residency in California. She has spent the last few years practicing in Texas and Oklahoma.  Dr. Meshri has extensive training in high-risk pregnancy and surgical laparoscopy.  As a physician, a tremendous amount of gratification for Dr. Meshri comes from finding and treating diseases overlooked by other physicians.

She is currently working toward improved patient care for women with an invention of a pain-free speculum.  Dr. Meshri is a believer in the benefits of yoga and natural medicine.  As a compassionate, modern-minded doctor, she emphasizes patient treatment options and encourages patients to take charge of their own health. As her patient, you will always have a choice.

In her personal time, she loves spending time with her two kids, ages 10 and 13 encouraging them to pursue their dreams.  She has a love for horseback riding, tennis, reading, natural remedies, and gourmet cooking.


Team 06 Lora Verrill RN, MSN, FNP-C has been nursing for 30 years. She has been a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health since 2013.

Lora is happily married to her husband of 38 years and has two children and one precious grandson. Priorities include her faith, family, and friends.  In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family, enjoys reading and camping. Lora is excited to join the team at Texas Center for Health and is accepting new patients.


Team 01

Rhonda Monceaux, FNP-C has been caring for the people of Southeast Texas for 22 years.  In 1999, she began her career in nursing as an LVN in Telemetry / ICU.  In 2001 Rhonda took the next step in her career becoming an RN working in labor and delivery.

Rhonda loves helping women with their pregnancy and birthing journey, supporting, and teaching patients throughout the entire process, and caring for each with compassion and empathy.

Rhonda began her latest journey as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 with excellent, quality patient care and satisfaction always being her goal.  She is excited to join the team at Texas Center for Health and cannot wait to see what God has in store for her future.

In her time off, Rhonda loves spending time with her husband, kids, and grandkids.  They enjoy family beach trips and RV traveling to different resorts. Rhonda has been married for 34 years and has four sons and seven grandchildren!
